Ron Thomas Smith informs me that he's coming close to finishing thee documentary on Hasil Adkins titled My Blue Star.
Mr. Smith has been working on this project for several years now, gathering interviews, stories and footage from a Whos Who in the world of alt-country/alt-blues/alt-wtf from all around the country. This labor of love should be ready premier this fall.
